Mountain Meadow Ceremony & Reception Sites
O’Connor Pavilion is located five miles west of downtown Estes Park, and backs up to the Rocky Mountain National Park. This secluded property offers a wooded, streamside setting with an open meadow with a mountain panorama backdrop. Open seasonally, this outdoor site is stunning for ceremonies, receptions, reunions and outdoor parties. You may choose to use a caterer or bring in your own food, including alcohol.
This site offers:
- Covered, open-sided Pavilion, seating 140 people, 14 picnic tables, seating 10 people each
- Maximum capacity 350 people
- Horseshoe pits and Volleyball court
- Caterers are welcome but not required and grilling is not permitted.
- DJ’s welcome, with careful monitoring of sound
- Electricity available in the reception area
- Vaulted restrooms
- Wheelchair accessible; rough terrain in some areas
- Two ceremony sites to choose from, Aspen Meadow and Deer Mountain Meadow
- Maximum capacity of 350 people. Parking available on site, in meadow

The O’Connor Pavilion rental fee is $3,000 daily and covers 9:00 a.m. until 10:00 p.m. We do not allow half day rentals; payment in full is due at time of signing and is nonrefundable.
