Bond Park | Performance Park | Riverside Plaza Marathons
For events located in Bond Park, Performance Park, George Hix Riverside Plaza, marathons or walks, and other events taking place at a park or on a street owned and/or managed by the Town of Estes Park, you are required to complete the permit application below. Any filming that takes place on the Town of Estes Park’s property or that needs a road closure will also require a permit. For other filming within Town limits, please email details to events@estes.org for more information.
Events Scheduled to start after the end of the current calendar year will be available January 1.
Each application is reviewed by multiple departments. The review process typically takes a minimum of two weeks but may take longer depending on the complexity of the request and the applicant’s responsiveness to any follow-up questions or requests for additional information. Prompt responses to follow-up questions can help avoid delays.
